The aim of our institute is to give you vital guidance in the assessment and execution of your global operations. This is why we continuously update our knowledge and constantly refine our methods of intercultural management and marketing.
Our work covers three areas:
Seminars and training
Experienced and qualified trainers provide yourself or your staff with cross-cultural knowledge that helps to develop intercultural action skills. We also emphasize on is the relationship between intercultural competence and intercultural marketing.
Analysis, evaluation and visualisation of processes
This field of activity deals with the analysis and evaluation of planned marketing measures in terms of countries, target groups and the expected impact. This helps, e.g., to identify and correct ambiguous or incomprehensible product names prior to their market launch. We also provide in-depth knowledge regarding sociocultural processes and hence, give you the possibility to adjust your products and marketing strategies to local preferences.
Cross-cultural design
The third working area covers the subject of semiotics within a cultural context, i.e., the specific backgrounds and terms, in which images, texts and symbols are perceived and expressed within a culture. This knowledge our institute provides should be integrated in your creative processes from start.
All these working areas are united by the basic understanding of intercultural competence and its relevance to people and businesses. It is our goal to consider all the aspects (depending on the project) that are necessary for adequate and successfully managed international projects and for the planning of corresponding international activities.
