The workshop consisted of topics such as, defining the extent of personal requirements, where it should rank in the corporation, and how the practical work could look in connection to Sales, Marketing and Technology.

All of these approaches took form during the course of the workshop, resulting in a first task catalogue: the development of a knowledge database on the effective extranet, to include contributions and applications, among other things. effective world has already been successful on the subject of intercultural competence this year.

Our goal is to establish intercultural knowledge as an elementary component in enterprises, to cultivate it and to position it in relation to current customer projects.

The result of the workshop was perfectly clear, develop an "Intercultural Competence Center" – the establishment of subsidiaries occupied specifically with questions and answers to the topic of "Interculturality" within local cultural clusters.

Thus the conclusion of these two days lead to positive results and have left no false impressions – businesses are welcoming the subject-matter and our team is ready to put their heart and soul into it.
