In the Chinese speaking area, effective is joined by Ms. Liming Huang. Ms. Huang is from Shangrao, and now studies Business Administration at the University Mannheim, majoring in Logistics. Ms. Huang has taken a Traineeship at effective GmbH in Mannheim during her diploma project. Through her time she will be prepared for the role of an Online Marketing Manager. A position that entails campaign planning in the areas of SEM (Search Engine Marketing), SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and the management of industry directory and catalogues, namely portals. In November of 2007 Ms. Huang will be sent to effective China, to take over the post of Market Manager there.

In the technical area effective enlists the services of Mr. Junqing Wang, an excellent programmer, and a graduate of the University of Finance and Economics in Shanghai, having studied Information Management and Computer Technology. He will be integrated in Shanghai with the help of our German colleagues.

Frau Yingqi Hu has worked for effective China since May, as a General Management Assistant. In addition to her native Chinese, she speaks both German and English, and studies at the Shanghai Normal University and the East China Normal University, both English and German language and literature.

Further we would like to welcome Ms. Maria Claudia Ponce. She is at effective GmbH in Mannheim as a working student, specialized in South American Marketing. Ms. Ponce studies Business Administration with a focus in intercultural studies at the University of Mannheim. Ms. Ponce is from Columbia and speaks both German and English, in addition to her native Spanish. She is the contact for Spanish speaking customers, especially those from South America.

Since May of 2007, Adam Vradenburg has been working for effective GmbH in North America/Canada sector. Mr. Vradenburg is from Ottawa, Canada, and studies International Business at Carleton University.
He’ll continue working in Mannheim until the middle of August at which time he will return to Ottawa and continue working there, and create the foundation for effective Canada.
